I keep reading all of the anger, the snipes, the conspiracy theories.  Then, I keep reading the cries of "Oh, the horror" and the pleas to chill out.  Well, chilling out is never a bad recommendation, but I'm a little more sanguine about all of this.

Much has been said about all of the pork in the highway bill but little has been mentioned about certain provisions that haven't survived in the final version.
